3015 Laser Cutting Machine Shipped to Lebanon

The client for this collaboration is Abderahim Setif, an excavator manufacturer based in Lebanon. Mr. Setif ordered our factory’s best-selling product: the Model 3015 3kw laser cutting machine. His primary concerns were whether the machine could meet his production requirements for excavator manufacturing, specifically if it could cut 10mm thick plates and precisely adapt to the sheet metal processing procedures involved in excavator production to meet the precise cutting needs of metal plates for equipment structural components and accessories.

After confirming all details, we replaced the cutting head and control system as requested by Mr. Setif and provided double the quantity of lenses and accessories as a complimentary gift.

To ensure Mr. Setif could operate the machine without any obstacles upon receipt, we conducted comprehensive assembly, parameter adjustment, trial operation, and test cutting of the same plate materials used in his production process before shipment. We reported the machine assembly progress to the client and performed remote trial runs according to his requirements. We carefully verified all performance parameters of the Model 3015 3kw single-platform laser cutting machine, confirming that all indicators met the standards, with no appearance damage and normal operation. We also provided Mr. Setif with equipment operation and installation videos to ensure he could easily get started using the machine. Subsequently, we added wooden crates as requested by the client to ensure proper protection of the equipment during transportation.

This laser cutting machine was shipped on January 26th to the client’s designated warehouse in Guangzhou, China. Immediately after shipment, we completed full confirmation of the delivery with Mr. Setif, who expressed great anticipation for receiving our machine.
